It's peeling away the layers and layers that no longer serve your higher purpose.
Whilst attention brings intention; suppression brings frustration.
Keeping a ’positive’ mindset, at all costs, suppresses the valuable lesson our fear is trying to teach us.
What is your fear trying to tell you?
Is your fear valid?
Is it inherited?
Generational?
Or, is it just a habit?
The ability to self-reflect allow us to scrutinize ourselves and make a plan to modify our behaviors,
