Sadhana: The portal of the soul
The dawn is the awakened space within the self
where spiritual revelation and creative insight abound.
The portal of the soul,
SADHANA
Spirituality begins with openness: opening up to ourselves, feeling our experience,
and exploring the inner landscape of our lives.
Spirituality is not just a concept.
Spirituality is to embrace a life of discipline.
The key to attaining a spiritual life, filled with abundance and awe, is to have an obedient mind;
It is to discipline ourself to a daily spiritual practice.
Sadhana is waking up two and a half hours before sunrise, when the angle of Earth’s rays are 35 ° from our position,
when the psyche of the earth is resting, when our conscious mind is yet sleep, when the portal of the soul opens to connect with the silent within,
to feel , to receive, and awaken.
A sadhana involves investing in a practice for a specified period of time.
It is a disciplined exercise to bring light into the shadows of our subconscious.
Sadhana is the path to perseverance.
Sadhana trains us to accept the authority of our decisions.
Sadhana is to decide not to consume any more dairy products, or to eat only raw.
Sadhana is to meditate for two and a half hours daily for 1001 days.
Sadhana is a remedy to maintain our values and intention over time.
It’s the way in which we consciously create our reality.
Sadhana brings up unconscious thoughts not aligned with intention.
It gives your higher self a space to exist and progress.
Sadhana is the path to enlightenment

How to best practice:
The best time to practice or meditate,
morning or evening, when the door of the subconscious mind opens.
Our brain regulates and changes chemistry throughout the day, adapting to circumstances and action at all times.
To tune in with the subconscious mind one must choose the time of practice when the mind is quietened; before you go to bed at night,
or when you wake up in the morning.
You can choose your time of day accordingly
but stick to a consistent program for at least 40 days.
In the yogic sciences there is a saying: Your habits define you.”
40 Days: Practice every day for 40 days straight.
This will break any negative habits that block you from possible expansion.
90 Days: Practice every day for 90 days straight. This will establish a new habit in your conscious and subconscious mind. It will change you in a very deep way.
120 Days: Practice every day for 120 days straight. This will confirm the new habit of consciousness. The positive benefits of the practice are permanently integrated into your psyche.
1000 Days: Practice every day for 1000 days straight. This will allow you to master the new habit of consciousness.
No matter what the challenge, you can call on this new habit to serve you.
Remember, a habit is a subconscious chain reaction between the mind, the glandular system and the nervous system. We develop habits at a very young age.
Some of them serve our highest destiny.
Some of them do not.
By doing a 40, 90, 120 or 1000 day special sadhana you can rewire that chain reaction.
You can develop new, deeply ingrained habits that serve your highest good.
